Train

Crosby loves making a train with all the cars on the table or wherever he is playing. It doesn't matter the size... they are all different sizes. When he plays around the table we have to put the chairs to where he can walk from chair to chair making his train and moving it around. He is content playing it for a long time.

3 Amigos

We have been working on the flower beds in the backyard. That has entailed a lot of digging. The frevious owners just put rocks in all of them. So, we dug 3 4-wheeler wagon fulls of rocks. Crosby had a good time while we were working. Cody sat down for a break. Crosby sat down with him and insisted that Harley, our schnauzer, join them as well. I thought it was pretty cute and I am so excited to have flower beds instead of rock beds.

Humm

Crosby has starting telling you "humm" as he puts his fingers on his chin. He also expects you to do it sometimes. He also will tell you "think, think, think." We're pretty sure he picked this up from Tigger and Pooh. It is pretty cute so I had to put on a couple pictures.

Dr. Visit

We went to the doctor for Crosby's 2 year check-up. The doctor said that he is doing great. He is in the 75% for his height and the 35% on his weight. I told her I am not worried about the weight. Last week he ran a little over a half mile. I kept asking him if he wanted in the stroller. He kept telling me "No, I run." Hopefully he will take after his dad and be a track star. He is developing great. She was impressed at some of the stuff he can do. They probably tell all moms that and moms like hearing it:)
I put a picture of Crosby running toward Charley... because that is what he does all the time...run.

OKC

We got to go to OKC. While there we went to basketball games, went to Bricktown, the zoo and Celebration Station where he watched Randi and Sydni ride go-carts. Randi and Sydni went with us. He LOVES them. They are our babysitters, neighbors and we would adopt them if we could. Crosby loved watching Randi play her DS, playing with them, and getting all of their attention. It was funny because when they were driving go-carts and would get done he would tell them "one more" and hold up his finger. Then at the zoo we saw all kinds of animals. Animals are his thing and he loved it!

Most Exciting News!!!

This is the exciting weekend that we had.... the Texhoma boys basketball team made it to state. So, we headed to Oklahoma City last Thursday and were happy to still be there Saturday for the final game. Unfortunately, we lost the final game. But, state runners up is great. One of the pictures is with JD (one of Cody's cousins). Crosby really likes watching JD. Lucky for Crosby JD plays a lot and was even on the All state team and scored more points than anyone at the state tournament (in our class.) We are so proud of our Texhoma Red Devils!

The Airport

Cody went to a school board conference in Corpus so we met him at the airport. I thought Crosby and I should show up about 30 minutes early so Crosby could see the planes. Cody's flight was delayed so we spent an hour and 40 minutes watching the airplanes. Crosby loved the planes, trucks and the people. Here is a picture of him pointing to a plane and telling me "airplane".

Little Helper

Crosby loves to help me cook. He will tell me "I help". This is when he was helping me make muffins. There was a little mess that came with the helping. Of course his mom was so impressed that he knew how to fill muffin pans:)
