Granny in the motorhome

Last week Granny and Bob came to visit. Crosby really liked the motorhome. He like driving it. I even looked out the door once and saw Crosby knocking on the door saying "Knock, knock!" He enjoyed spending time with his Granny, or sometimes he calls her Nanny, and Bob. We always look forward to their visits. In one of the pictures Nick, Will and Crosby are eating their snack after school. The liked doing their homework out there too.

Hard Worker

We had a blizzard the other day. The next day Cody needed to clean an area for Granny and Bob's motorhome. I looked out the window and this is what I saw. Troy and Curt had stopped by to help Cody. However, when I looked out the window I saw the big guys standing around talking while Crosby was shoveling the snow. Cody had gotten Crosby the kid size shovel the week before. It was pretty cute.

Fire

We had an exciting evening. I was at Charliss' and the power went out. Then we could see smoke outside of town. I thought.. I wonder if that is out by the horses. Yes, it was. Cody was out at the farm, southeast of town, on his 4-wheeler. Luckily when I called he was stopped and could answer his phone. He hurried into town. The fire was right by the wind turbines. They didn't burn and the horses were not hurt. The pictures are of the wind turbines and the fire trucks putting out the fire. Texhoma and Stratford fire departments put out the fire.
